"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.  In our response lies our growth and our freedom."

-Viktor Frankl

Clear, consistent communication is key to developing the best environment for success.

Below you will find various phrases and terms that we will use throughout the season.

WIN THE FIFTEEN!

The most important time in a baseball game is the 10-15 seconds between pitches.  The teams that use this time to reset and refocus will have an other worldly advantage on the competition.

Find a routine, a phrase you repeat, a spot you focus on, that will allow you to reset within the 15 seconds between pitches.  RESET and REFOCUS!
